How are we different from other security apps and devices ?

We have consider every single case and event that turns into emergency in our society. After this understanding and studying the fact that most security apps and devices are not covering these events, we came up with our solution of mHooter. y.

What is community policing ?

Community policing, or community-oriented policing, is a strategy of policing that focuses on police building ties and working closely with members of the communities. We are creating an eco-system where police and community members can come together and help each other to prevent crime.

Can I directly inform to police in case of emergency ?

No, only community guard can take this action once the emergency has been confirmed but in absence of the guard you can also take necessary action required.

Who (Police or mHooter team) will come to rescue us in emergency ?

Police, ambulance and fire brigade will come in the event of emergency, mHooter team is only providing a platform for communities to have a better experience of facing emergency situations.

What in case of medical or fire emergency ?

In case of medical or fire emergency, nearest ambulance or fire brigade will come for the rescue.

What if I am out of the premise (out of station) ?

Police, ambulance and fire brigade will come in the event of emergency, mHooter team is only providing a platform for communities to have a better experience of facing emergency situations.

How to register in the App ?

You can register yourself into 4 simple steps: –

  1. Enter ten digit Mobile Number
  2. Enter four digit Verification Code that has been sent to your Mobile Number.
  3. Enter your Community Name
  4. Enter your Flat/ House Number

How to purchase (Online or Offline) ?

You can opt for any of the option, to avail it online you have to go to website and purchase through your debit or credit card. For offline you can contact us through our website or get it from your nearest mHooter authorized dealer.

How to use ?

What you have to do is just

  • shake your Mobile 3 times
  • Or Press the Hooter button for 5 seconds in the App
